Our principles
- These are tools for calculating, organizing and learning. We don’t recommend buying or selling any particular stock or suggest when to trade, and we don’t use language that guarantees returns.
- We don’t send what you enter to a server. All calculations happen in your browser. Mock trading records and holdings records are saved in that browser only if you choose to.
- We show our basis. Each calculator lists its formula and the laws, rates and reference dates it relies on. Values that need further confirmation are marked “needs confirming” on screen.
- Sample data is labeled as sample data. The charts are currently sample (synthetic) data, not real prices, and the screen says so. The calendar is compiled directly from official release schedules and company announcements, with the source and whether each date is confirmed or estimated.
Things to keep in mind
Results are estimates for reference based on general rules. Actual amounts can differ with your circumstances, company rules, financial institutions’ policies and changes in the law, so check with the relevant agency or a professional before making important decisions. This site does not provide investment advice; responsibility for investment decisions lies with you. The original version of this site is in Korean; where a translation differs, the Korean version prevails.
